So soon?

This morning when I put my belt on, it didn't feel quite right, but I didn't think much about it. Then off and on this morning my pants have felt loose, and I've vaguely wondered if there's something wrong with the belt. Then it suddenly occurred to me at lunch, as I tugged my pants up again, that maybe my "lifestyle changes" have already resulted in a little weight loss after two weeks. Don't think I can tighten the belt another notch yet, but I might get there.

Indeed, it's good to use whatever motivation you can find!

Regarding quantification, you might enjoy this amazing blog post that somebody pointed me to on Facebook when I announced my glucose intolerance over there: Myself, quantified. That's the true fannish spirit, right there! With graphs!
